Can Finch check a driver's abstract and record?
We ask candidates to provide a current driver's abstract and review it against the standards you or your insurer set. For commercial roles, many carriers also run their own checks, such as previous employer safety inquiries, as part of the safety program tied to their CVOR. We screen for your requirements and flag anything that needs a closer look before the interview.
Are the drivers you recruit our employees?
Yes. Finch is a recruitment agency, not a staffing or temp agency. The drivers and logistics staff we find are hired directly by your company, onto your payroll, under your policies and safety program. We charge a retainer fee agreed for each position, and we follow up after the start date to see how the new hire is settling in.
Which logistics roles do you recruit for?
We recruit AZ truck drivers, DZ drivers, delivery drivers, forklift operators, dispatchers and shipping and receiving clerks.
