How does physician recruitment with Finch work?
We begin with a consultation about your practice, the role and what you can offer. Once the retainer is in place, we advertise, source and approach physicians directly, screen their credentials and interest, and present a shortlist of suitable candidates. Can you recruit for clinics outside Toronto?

Do you place physicians on a temporary basis?
We recruit physicians who work directly with your practice, including locums covering a defined leave. Finch is a recruitment agency rather than a staffing agency, so the physician's agreement is with you.
