Our office is in North York, but our searches aren’t limited to it. We recruit for businesses in every GTA region and for employers from British Columbia to Atlantic Canada.
Most of our clients are in Toronto and the surrounding regions, where we can meet in person by appointment and know the local hiring market well. York, Peel, Durham and Halton each have their own mix of employers and their own hiring pressures, from logistics and manufacturing to healthcare, construction and professional services.
Employers elsewhere in Canada work with us the same way, by phone and video. The process doesn’t change: a consultation, a retainer to start the search, a shortlist of suitable candidates and interviews arranged for you. What does change from province to province is licensing, so we check each candidate against the regulator in the province where they will work.

How a search works outside the GTA
One consultation call
We learn the role, your team and the local market by phone or video, then agree on a retainer and fees for the position.
Local advertising and sourcing
We advertise where candidates in your province and city actually look, and source from our own network across Canada.
Provincial credential checks
Licensing is provincial for many professions. We confirm candidates hold the registration or licence your province requires.
Interviews on your schedule
We arrange video or in-person interviews with suitable candidates and manage the offer through to the start date.
Questions about where we recruit
Do you only recruit in Toronto?
No. Toronto and the GTA are our home market, but we recruit for employers across Canada. Searches outside the GTA are run by phone and video from our North York office, with the same retainer-based process.
Are you a headhunter or a recruitment agency?
Both terms describe what we do. We are a retainer-based recruitment agency: we headhunt passive candidates, advertise your role, screen everyone and introduce you only to suitable people.
Do you recruit candidates who live in other provinces?
Yes. We recruit people who are eligible to work in Canada wherever they live, including candidates willing to relocate for the right role. We check credentials against the regulator in the province where the job is.
Can we meet you in person?
GTA employers can meet us at our North York office by appointment, or we can arrange a meeting at your workplace. Employers elsewhere in Canada usually work with us by phone and video.
