What types of medical staff does Finch recruit?
We recruit registered nurses, registered practical nurses, nurse practitioners, personal support workers, medical office assistants, medical receptionists, clinic managers and medical laboratory technicians. Our focus is direct hires for your organization, not temporary staffing. If your role is not listed, ask during the consultation and we will tell you whether we can help.
How do your fees work?
Finch works on a retainer basis. We agree on a fee for each position based on its requirements, and the retainer is paid up front to begin the search. That commitment lets us dedicate real time to advertising, sourcing and screening for your role, rather than competing to send the most résumés.
Do you check nursing registration?
Yes. For RNs, RPNs and nurse practitioners, we confirm each candidate's registration and class on the College of Nurses of Ontario public register before you meet them, and we note any terms, conditions or limitations. You should still complete your own verification at hire, as your organization's policies require.
