What a chiropractor does
Chiropractors assess, diagnose and treat disorders of the spine, nervous system and joints, using spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, exercise and patient education. Many patients see them for back and neck pain, headaches and sport or workplace injuries. For a clinic, an associate chiropractor can extend hours, absorb a growing waiting list and attract new patients, especially if they bring a strong approach to patient communication.
Chiropractic roles vary widely in structure, from associate positions with shared billings to employed roles in multidisciplinary clinics. Candidates look at patient volume, marketing support, the clinic's treatment philosophy and how compensation works. Finch helps you describe the opportunity clearly, confirms registration with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and screens for techniques and patient groups that match your existing practice.
